Hi, I’m Atiya
Welcome to this yoga and wellbeing page in Madrid and online. I help you relieve stress and find your balance through Yoga, Health Coaching and Thai Massage.
What I do
I offer group yoga classes, private yoga classes and yoga retreats to all levels, including absolute beginners, for people to feel a sense of empowerment by taking care of themselves, alongside growing a community.
I also work as an online health coach, supporting busy women to create simple, sustainable routines that bring more calm and energy into everyday life. My coaching focuses on stress-free eating, vegetarian living and mindset using natural tools, so you can finally stop starting over every Monday and feel confident in your daily choices.
As a former lawyer and primary school teacher, I know how it feels to be stressed and anxious. I use my experience in yoga, nutrition and naturopathy, combining mindful movement and mindset through yoga, breathing exercises, nutrition, massage and relaxation to create a welcoming, supportive and guided environment to help you feel better physically and mentally.

I help busy, overthinking women integrate practices that bring calm, energy, and balance back into their lives - for good - from stress-free eating to making vegetarian living simple, to weaving yoga and breathwork into daily life.
Yoga Retreats
We run yearly yoga and wellbeing retreats, so that you can relax with yoga, eat delicious food, enjoy a good rest and meet other like-minded people. We all need a retreat in our lives :)
I work with people from all walks of life for health coaching but in particular women interested in using natural tools to have long-lasting and sustainable habits they actually love
