Located in the historic heart of Madrid Centro, just steps from the Ópera metro station and the Teatro Real, our beautiful new studio is available for both one-off events and regular weekly bookings.
Regular Weekly Studio Hire Rates
One-Off Event Rates
Booking type & rate (excluding IVA):
Weekday: €30 / hour
Weekend: €35 / hour
Weekend block booking: €120/4 hours
One-off bookings:
Include 15 minutes before and after for set up and clearing away
Cancellations received:
14 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund
Between 7 and 13 days before the booking date 50% refund.
Less than seven (7) days before the booking date are non-refundable.
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking.
If you are looking for a permanent home for your weekly classes or recurring corporate events, we offer discounted monthly contract tiers.
Regular booking terms:

Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are payable within 3 calendar days.
30 days' written notice is required to end a regular booking agreement.
Regular booking (excluding IVA):
One hour a week:
€110 / calendar month
Each additional hour:
€105 / calendar month
Space & Guidelines
Capacity: Comfortably fits up to 10–12 mats (dependent on final layout) for dynamic movement, floor-based workshops, or meditation circles
Footwear: No outdoor shoes allowed in the main studio practice area. All footwear must be left on the racks provided.
Prop Care: Use of yoga studio props is included (mats, bricks, blankets and belts). All equipment must be wiped down with the provided spray and returned neatly after use .
Accessibility: Our entrance foyer features a fully compliant, accessible restroom facility.
