Atiyasana Ópera: Studio Hire & Space Rental

Looking for a light-filled, premium sanctuary to host your next class, workshop, corporate event or private class? Located in the historic heart of Madrid Centro, just steps from the Ópera metro station and the Teatro Real, our beautiful new studio is available for both one-off events and regular weekly bookings.

One-Off Event Rates

Booking type & rate (excluding IVA):

Weekdays Monday-Thursdays all day and Fridays until 14h: €30 / hour

Weekends from Fridays 14h, Saturdays and Sundays: €35 / hour

Weekend block booking: €120/4 hours

One-off bookings:

  • Include 15 minutes before and after for set up and clearing away

  • All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations & refunds:

    • Weekday bookings: Cancellations received 7 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. Less than 7 days is non-refundable.

    • Weekend hourly and block bookings: Cancellations received 14 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. Less than 14 days is non-refundable.

Regular Weekly Studio Hire Rates

Regular booking terms:

  • Includes 15 minutes before and after for set up and clearing away

  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are payable within 3 calendar days.

  • 30 days' written notice is required to end a regular booking agreement.

If you are looking for a permanent home for your weekly classes or recurring corporate events, we offer discounted monthly contract tiers:

Regular booking (excluding IVA):

One hour a week:

€110 / calendar month

Each additional hour:

€105 / calendar month

Space & Guidelines

  • Capacity (34m²): Comfortably fits up to 10–12 mats (dependent on final layout) for floor-based workshops, or up to 16 in a seated chair layout for group meetings and circles.

  • Footwear: To preserve our studio floors, we ask that floor-based and wellbeing events remain shoe-free. For chair-based meetings and corporate groups, clean indoor footwear is permitted.

  • Equipment: Use of yoga studio props is included (mats, bricks, blankets and belts) and 16 chairs. All equipment must be wiped down with the provided spray and returned neatly after use.

  • Accessibility: Our entrance foyer features a fully compliant, accessible restroom facility.
