Indoor Studio Classes in Madrid Centro

While our permanent flagship studio near Metro Ópera is finishing its transformation, our community classes continue indoors after Retiro park season without interruption!

Join our warm, English-speaking community at our beautiful, hand-picked indoor spaces in the heart of Madrid. For our autumn and winter sessions, we have secured cosy, central spaces perfectly set up to keep you warm, grounded, and consistent in your practice. View our schedule and prices here.

From around mid October (please check our schedule) our classes move indoors:

• Wednesday classes are near metro Lavapiés/Tirso de Molina, in Centro Mandala, we are on the second floor in the second room on the left.

• Saturday and Sunday classes in barrio Salamanca until we open our Ópera studio (hopefully end 2026)

You will need to bring your own mat please.
