Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the sale of all products and services offered by Atiyasana through the website www.atiyasana.com, including yoga classes, workshops, massages, retreats, online courses, and coaching services.

By purchasing any service or product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered
Atiyasana provides both in-person and online services, including yoga classes, massages, health coaching sessions, retreats, digital programs, and downloadable materials.

Details of each service (duration, price, inclusions) are available on the website or sales page.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal,or TPV Virtual).

Payment must be completed in full before the start of any class, service, or access to digital materials.

4. Delivery and Access
Upon purchase, you will receive confirmation by email.
For online programs or digital downloads, access is provided immediately after successful payment.
For live services, confirmation of booking details will be sent via email.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Yoga classes and packages: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class start may be rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Workshops, retreats, and events: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are partially refundable (less the deposit) depending on the date of cancellation and the event’s specific policy. If an event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, you will be refunded the event amount, less the deposit, which may be transferred to a future event or another service with Atiyasana.

• Massages: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• Online courses or digital products: Due to their digital nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

• 1:1 Coaching programs: Coaching programs have limited spaces and immediate access; therefore, no refunds are provided once the program begins. When you sign up with a payment plan, you commit to the full program — payments are instalments toward the total amount owed. Rescheduling coaching calls requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

  If Atiyasana must cancel a service or event, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Any refunds issued will be made less any applicable processing fees.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during courses, coaching sessions, or digital downloads remain the intellectual property of Atiyasana. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Atiyasana is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in yoga classes, coaching, or using materials provided. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for participation.
