Hi, I’m Atiya

Health Coach & Yoga Teacher

I started my professional life as a lawyer in London and started to experience anxiety, low mood, erratic and overeating and difficulty sleeping. 

I have tried out so much on my own and with support. After 8 years of struggling with sleep, googling everything, listening to podcasts, reading, trying different supplements and feeling like nothing was actually working, I slowly started to put the pieces together.

I became a yoga teacher, nutritionist and naturopath and developed this very specific method with natural tools, which can be tailored to each person.

This is how this coaching program has come about and why I believe applying this unique method for at least 8 weeks will help you.

I now feel amazing most of the time! I can eat out, be relaxed and sleep well and trust that I can get back on track when needed.  

My biggest mission is to support others dealing with stress and overwhelm to build in a fun and balanced healthy lifestyle.

  • I worked for many years as 'just' a nutritionist. What I saw was that people needed wider support than just food: lifestyle, mindset, breathwork to reset and calm, plus movement practices. This is what I offer as a health coach, in addition to nutritional advice.

  • Absolutely not! I help people go vegetarian healthily - if they want to. This is just an example of an area we can work on over the 8 weeks.

    Most of the recipes are vegan/vegetarian but you can totally add chicken/tuna/any protein.

    My goal is for people to feel happy with how they eat and feel, rather than follow a strict label.

  • When you sign up and make payment, shortly after I will send you a welcome email, including a questionnaire so I can understand your needs better. You will also receive a link to choose a time for our first call together.

  • This depends on you and your life and needs. You will need to set aside some time.

    We have weekly 60 minute calls, plus you will usually need to set aside around at least 15-30 minutes a day to implement our agreed next steps.

    Remember what you put in is what you will get out of it :)

  • This is led by you, depending on what you need.

    The tools I use and suggest include yoga (no prior experience needed), nutrition (as a nutritionist we will adapt your nutrition to what you are currently eating and make small adjustments), meditation or journaling, depending on what you are interested in.

    I will show you step by step what you need to do.

  • You can do so with 24 hours’ notice and reschedule.

  • You can have a full refund (less any payment costs) within 48 hours of purchase, provided you haven't started the program, by emailing atiya@atiyasana.com. After this time or after starting the program, however, no refunds are available.
