I started my professional life as a lawyer in London and later became a school teacher. I started to struggle with anxiety, food guilt and emotional eating.

For around four years, I chased many wellness trends and routines, only to binge in secret and feel like I’d failed. While coming a yoga teacher, nutritionist and naturopath, I learned that I didn’t just need more discipline and there wasn’t anything wrong with me. I developed a very specific method with natural tools to end the binge-restrict cycle.

Beat The Binge is the coaching program I wish I had when I was stuck in that cycle.

Now I eat with freedom, responding to cravings appropriately and proportionately, and no longer let food dominate my life. And it’s my mission to help other women do the same — through practical tools, mindset shifts, and steady support.

    From there, we begin your 12-week program together, using the GRACE method.

  • In addition to the weekly 60 minute calls, you will need to set aside around 10-20 minutes a day for simple, doable practices, all designed to fit into real life and not takeover.

  • Everything is based on nervous system support and food freedom with no tracking, no rules, no diets.

    We’ll use a mix of body awareness, journaling, breathwork, structured eating rhythms, reflection tools, and mindset coaching. I will show you step by step what you need to do.

  • That’s okay. This isn’t about perfection. You’re not expected to “get it right” overnight. This program is about building new responses, rhythms, and trust. You’ll be supported through it all, especially the hard moments.

  • Therapy is really powerful and you can of course do this program alongside it.

    Beat the Binge gives you real-time tools for when the urge to binge hits, and combines structure, nervous system support, emotional support and mindset tools to help you change your patterns beyond just understanding them.
