I am a Health Coach and will help you stop the binge-restrict cycle with food. This meditation is one of the first tools I use as we work to heal your relationship with food so you can truly become the girl who can eat cake without feeling guilty.

I worked as Naturopathic Nutritionist for over 6 years and saw that people didn’t just need support on what to eat - it was actually how and the mindset around it so that we can nourish ourselves without punishing or restrictive rules.
