From TTC to Confident: Finding Your Feet as a Yoga Teacher Abroad

Tuesday 3 February 2026 19h Spain/18h UK on Zoom (replay available)

You’re qualified as a yoga teacher - whether you finished your TTC recently or years ago.

You may be teaching regularly, or still finding your way.

Yet part of you still feels unsure, about your confidence, sequencing moving forward professionally in a place that doesn’t quite feel like home.

Living and teaching abroad can definitely unsettle us as yoga teachers.

This free live session is a space to explore that experience and discuss these issues with perspective, honesty and support.

In this session, we will discuss:

  • Why confidence can feel shaky even years after qualifying

  • Why sequencing feels harder when you don’t fully trust your choices yet

  • Why business and professional decisions feel challenging when you’re teaching abroad

  • What actually supports confidence, discernment and self-trust over time

This is for you if:

  • You’re a yoga teacher living or teaching abroad

  • You feel “in-between” rather than established

  • you second-guess yourself more than you’d like

  • You want perspective and support

  • You may be teaching regularly or finding your way.

This session is not:

  • Another yoga teacher training

  • A sequencing workshop

  • A business strategy class

  • A coaching or feedback session You’re a yoga teacher living or teaching abroad
