  • you have finished Sleep Habit Reset or Bespoke 1:1 Health Coaching with me in the last 3 months

  • you would like to continue to incorporate your new habits easily

  • you need some support overcoming hurdles 

  • you need some extra time to consolidate from the previous program

Do I not need this? ❌

This is not for you if ….

  • you have not yet finished Sleep Habit Reset or Bespoke 1:1 Health Coaching with me

  • more than 3 months have passed since you finished

  • you would actually be fine with support once a month (see Monthly Coaching)

  • you need something more ad hoc (please email me)

In this coaching program, you will:

  • Step into embodying the practices so that they become second nature

  • Continue to learn natural methods as needed, such as work on mindset, yoga, meditation, journaling or recipes

  • Have 2 monthly 45 min coaching calls with me for two months for accountability, support, review and next steps

  • Receive a follow up email from me after each call

  • Message support Sunday to Thursday 10h-19h CET for questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you sign up and make payment, shortly after I will send you an email, including a questionnaire for any updates and so I can understand your needs better. You will also receive a link to choose a time for our next call together.

  • The calls will be twice a month. In addition to this, you will need to set aside some time daily to work towards your goals, usually around 30mins per day.

  • You can do so with 24 hours’ notice and reschedule.

  • You can have a full refund (less any payment costs) within 48 hours of purchase, provided you haven't started the program, by emailing atiya@atiyasana.com.

    After this time or after starting the program, however, no refunds are available.
