  • you have finished Sleep Habit Reset or Bespoke 1:1 Health Coaching with me in the last 3 months

  • you would like continued support, albeit on a monthly basis

  • you have tried going it alone and noticed older habits creeping in

  • you would like accountability and guidance to stay on track and integrate habits

This is not for you if ….

  • you have not yet finished Sleep Habit Reset or Bespoke 1:1 Health Coaching with me

  • more than 3 months have passed since you finished

  • you need a more intensive 1:1 program (please see Booster Coaching)

  • you have found that you are doing great and ready to go it alone!

In this coaching program, you will:

  • Continue to consolidate what we covered in the previous coaching program with accountability

  • Learn additional natural methods as needed, such as yoga, meditation, journaling or recipes

  • Have 3 monthly 45 min coaching calls with me for accountability, support, review and next steps

  • Carry on working together towards your health goals

  • Message support Sunday to Thursday 10h-19h CET for questions

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When you sign up and make payment, shortly after I will send you an email, including a questionnaire for any updates and so I can understand your needs better. You will also receive a link to choose a time for our next call together.

  • The calls will be once a month. In addition to this, you will need to set aside some time daily to work towards your goals, usually around 30mins per day.

  • You can do so with 24 hours’ notice and reschedule.

  • As you are committing to the three month program for accountability, you cannot cancel and stop payments before the end of the program. If you do not wish to commit for this period of time, as a former coaching client, you can book an ad hoc session with me when you wish. You can email me atiya@atiyasana.com.
